Home of the Telford Real Ale Festival. Traditional local serving regular guest beers and ciders. Beer well kept. Wood burning stove in the bar, and a collection of beermats on the beams. Popular. two roomed pub with a bit of a car park. Flags and a big marquee outside, so it's popular with smokers. There were 4 real ales on offer - and the London Pride tasted like it was chilled so it loses a star.  Food served. Outside drinking area. Occasional live music. Situated on Market Street. Old Fighting Cocks

Back open again in 2010 after an extensive refurbishmnet and serving a good selection of beers, including those from the Ironbridge Brewery. Nicely spruced up so it looks and feels like a Victorian pub - old fashioned lighting and stained glass windows add to the feel. Beer top notch. Darts. Pubmaster pub. Basic, two roomed pub that's popular with the locals, but no real ale on our last visit. Situated on Holyhead Road.
