Hobsons Bitter
Wye Valley HPA
Readers comments -Visited on a Friday night. Note the change of name. Quite a posh and spacious pub for a South Shropshire village. A conservatory has been added in recent years and a renovation of the lounge has just been completed. I liked the Cider Mill restaurant with its  cider press as a central feature. Three beers on, two Wye Valley and Hobsons Bitter. (3 star) - May 2011

Readers comments - This pub has recentky been tastefully refurbished. Still feels like a proper country oub with various rooms around a central bar area. Nice log burners scattered about. Remains a drinkerts pub rather than a gastropub. Only two real ales on though, neither local - Jan 2014

A fairly ordinary country pub, near the railway station, that serves food. Bar room (with pool table) and separate lounge/dining area. Two real ales on when I was there: the Wye Valley Bitter was good, a 4/5. Well worth a visit if passing by - Aug 2012
