Now using it's previous name - for a few years it was called the
Poachers Pocket. A couple of real ales were on offer - both were a
little bit average. This is an open-plan eating type pub. Food served. Car park with lots of space for disabled
visitors. Is it just me, or are there lots of lights in this pub. Outdoor

furnished with the usual assortment of black oak beams. Food served. Outdoor drinking area
overlooking the River Severn. Formerly the Magpie restaurant. Situated on Cartway in

sign depicts a chimney sweep. This pub was formerly known as the Prince Charles for a
while. This is a nice little local, with candles it is quite atmospheric.
The Hobsons beers were very well kept and tasty - well worth trying.

Another pub that's gone back to it's original name - after being known as
the Hollyhead Inn for a few years. Food served. Accommodation. It's
multi-roomed but open plan with real fires. Outside drinking area. We were
impressed by the beer. Occasional live music. Situated on Hollybush

the blackboard in the lobby. This pub is situated at the end of
High Street and has two rooms, a TV and some good 70's background music on the night of
the visit. Tasty pint of Wye Valley HPA. Visited Dec 2011.

2002 - this is your typical J.D.Wetherspoons pub - big open spaces, air conditioned,
no music, cheap beer and food. It's a busy establishment, so be prepared for a long wait
at the bar while people order food and coffees. Most of the beer is served a bit too cold,
but it's generally well kept and there is a wide choice. Cask Marque. Visited

Comfortable sprawling pub and hotel on the outskirts of town on the B4364 Ludlow Road.
Just one real ale on our visit - and well over £4 a pint. Restaurant
featuring a carvery. Small bar. Accommodation. Car park. Function room.

hand pulled ales including gust ales. All
tasty and well kept. Collection of railway memorabilia. Real atmosphere
and real fire. Situated at the Severn Valley railway station in
Bridgnorth. Hosts the Severn Valley Real Ale Festival - usually in

a Joules pub. Major refurbishment in 2018. Food served. Small outside
courtyard area. Most of the beers are from the Joules Brewery in Market

handpulls on display but we were served Bank's from the electric pump.

freehouse pub with six handpulled ales including those from their own Hop
& Stagger microbrewery. Bar snacks include homemade scotch eggs, Reg
Mays pork pies and hot pies from a local butcher. There's a big train
